Serge is an experienced real estate and land developer with over 25 years of expertise in various types of residential properties. Renowned for his proficiency in land development, excavation, site planning, and project management, Serge has built a strong reputation in the construction and rental of residential properties, as well as in subdivision development.

As a general contractor, Serge has also constructed numerous projects, which he has recently sold to various groups and private investors. Over the course of his career, he has developed more than 1,000 lots, either for his own investment projects or sold to other developers through his various companies. With a diverse portfolio of landholdings, Serge is one of the largest private infrastructure developers in New Brunswick.
